1,854 New Coronavirus Cases
And 10 Deaths Reported

SALT LAKE CITY — On the first day of November, the Utah Department of Health is reporting 1,854 new test-confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 10 new deaths from the disease.
Currently, 342 Utahns are reported to be hospitalized due to COVID-19. The update brings Utah to 116,510 total confirmed cases, 614 deaths and 5,526 hospitalizations since the pandemic began.
In an email, health officials said the new deaths included five residents of long-term care facilities:
A Salt Lake County man over age 85
A Davis County woman between ages 65 and 84
A Salt Lake County man between ages 65 and 84
A Box Elder County man between ages 65 and 84
A Utah County man over age 85
